Pure One fashion show with a new collection Breathe!

On March 13, O2 Fashion Space hosted a show of the sustainable and ethical brand Pure One, which presented a drop of the fall-winter collection called Breathe! .

Pure One adheres to the principles of sustainability, ethics, saving lives, caring for our planet and any single life.

The past year has been marked by crises in many areas, pandemics and deteriorating environmental situation around the world. A record number of fires across the planet has reduced millions of hectares of forests, claimed the lives of tens of thousands of people and billions of animals. All these events are reflected in our collection.

Black and grey colors in the collection symbolise ash and light shades and flowers symbolise rebirth and belief that together we can restore the Earth's natural resources.

The collection is decorated with patterns in various embroidery techniques with elements of flame that envelops the planet, along with them, elements of algae, which give every second sip of oxygen on Earth. After all, most of the oxygen is produced by these mini-factories.

And, of course, the composition of fabrics speaks for itself. The collection includes garments made of organic peace silk, organic velvet, ethical wool, ramie and recycled cotton.

After the show, the founders and designers of the brand Marina Plotnikova and Nina Shershnova told about sustainable fashion and their way.

All suppliers of the company adhere to the principles of sustainable development, transparency and circular economy, care for natural resources, produce fabrics with minimal impact on the environment, and use only natural methods of dyeing their fabrics.

Pure One uses all the resources as efficiently as possible, produces only what meets current needs, and turns the leftovers of fabrics into beautiful flowers, which were also presented at the show.

All fabrics are not only ecological, but also ethical. For example, the brand chooses only organic peace silk. During its production only empty cocoons are processed, and not cocoons with silkworms inside, as it's usually done. Also banana peace silk, which is 65% composed of banana fiber, ethical wool etc.

The founders of the brand spoke about innovations in textiles, which they met at international exhibitions in Munich and London. These are 3D technologies, various IT solutions and "smart clothes", fabrics made of banana, eucalyptus, algae, artificial fibroin, pineapples, grapes, oranges, cactus, milk, roots, collagen, mycelium and much more.

The goal of Pure One is to become not just a sustainable, but a regenerative company, this means, not just trying to save the planet's resources, but also restoring them.

During the event, guests could chat in a relaxed atmosphere and taste organic treats from biologic.tv.
